The lift is controlled by a handheld remote switch, with lights and sound alarms during operation. In case of insufficient power supply or electrical failure, the lift can be operated manually in an emergency. It features a non-slip platform and is equipped with mechanical automatic front and rear guards to ensure the safety of users during the lifting and lowering process. The lift has a maximum load capacity of 350 kg and a maximum lifting height of 1297 mm. It has been certified by the EU CE and EMARK.

  • Durability: The horizontal in-and-out reciprocating operation count is ≥ 10,000 times, and the lifting test operation count is ≥ 10,000 times.

  • Sound Alarm: A warning sound is emitted throughout the operation to alert nearby personnel.

  • Manual Emergency Operation: In the event of power failure or malfunction, the lift can be manually retracted.

  • Safety Locking: After the product is fully retracted, it is equipped with a hydraulic locking hook to prevent the mechanism from being thrown out during sharp turns.

  • Circuit Protection: The product’s circuit is protected from damage in cases of motor short circuit or reverse power connection.

  • Overload Protection: The lifting device cannot lift objects heavier than 375 kg from the ground.

  • Low Power Consumption: The current equivalent value during the sleep/static phase is < 0.2 mA, reducing battery consumption.

  • Water and Dust Resistance: IP67 rated, and it undergoes a water immersion test at a depth of 500 mm. After leaving the water source, the product can operate normally.

Test ItemDescription
Flammability TestNon-metal components on the product, such as vacuum-formed and injection-molded parts (excluding electrical components), must meet the horizontal burning characteristics specified in GB 8410-2006 "Burning Characteristics of Automotive Interior Materials" with a requirement of 100 mm/min.
The plastic flammability characteristics of electrical components should comply with the national standard GB/T 2408-2008 "Determination of Burning Performance of Plastics: Horizontal and Vertical Methods," where horizontal burning reaches HB grade and vertical burning reaches V-0 grade.
The flammability characteristics of the raw materials in the wiring harness should also meet the GB/T 2408-2008 requirements, with horizontal burning reaching HB grade and vertical burning reaching V-0 grade.
High and Low Temperature TestAccording to GBT 2423.1-2008 "Environmental Testing for Electric and Electronic Products Part 2: Test Methods Test B: Low Temperature/High Temperature," the mechanism should be placed in temperature chambers at 85℃ and -40℃ for 8 hours without operation. After removal, immediate testing should show that basic performance meets design requirements and operates normally.
Bus Structural Safety (National Standard)GB 13094-2017 "Safety Requirements for Bus Structures," including (10) wheelchair adaptability and restraint systems, and (11) auxiliary boarding devices.
Bus Structural Safety (British Standard)British Standard BS EN 1756-2-2004+A1-2009 "Tail Lifts. Platform Lifts Installed on Wheeled Conveyances. Safety Requirements. Passenger Tail Lifts."
Body Structure Standard (EU)ECE R107 stipulates general structural approval for M2 and M3 class vehicles, stating that the slope of ramps for passengers with reduced mobility (3.5) between aisles, corridors, or any priority seats or wheelchair areas, as well as the slope of at least one entrance and exit or mixed entrance/exit, should be ≤ 8%.
